Westralian Nickel Limited advises that it lodged a copy of this Prospectus
with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) on the 14th
of June 2005 (Prospectus). In accordance with Chapter 6D of the Corporations
Act, this Prospectus is subject to an exposure period of 7 days from the date
of lodgement with ASIC to enable this Prospectus to be examined by market
participants prior to the raising of funds, which examination may identify
deficiencies in this Prospectus. ASIC may extend the exposure period for a
further period of up to 7 days.

The offer pursuant to the copy of the Prospectus that is available on this
website is only available to persons receiving a complete electronic version
